About the George Belvado Jr. Memorial Sports Assocation
Our Mission
The George Belvado Jr. Memorial Sports Association is dedicated to honoring the legacy of George Belvado, Jr. Our mission is to provide a safe and inclusive recreational space for Apache youth, fostering community engagement through sports and activities.
Our Approach
We offer cost-free rentals of our facilities, using event concessions as fundraising opportunities for local schools, students, and organizations. These are crucial community events that promote well-being, athleticism in youth, teambuilding, and celebrate Apache culture.
Our Accomplishments
Over the years, we have accomplished many important milestones in our mission such as hosting annual baseball tournaments and securing funds to expand San Carlos fitness amenities.
